On this broadcast of The Senior Zone, which aired on Monday, June 14th, we kicked “Protect Week”; an AARP Maryland campaign to raise awareness and combat elder financial exploitation.
Protect Week 2021 runs from June 14th through June 18th.
During Protect Week, Marylanders will have an opportunity to learn about the many forms of abuse, neglect and financial exploitation of older adults. Today’s show promises to be packed with scam-free, abuse-free and neglect-free information.
