I have had the honor of being a guest on the The Senior Zone on two occasions to discuss estate planning and elder law. The program is a valuable resource for the senior community and an excellent platform on which to discuss the legal issues facing our seniors. We have been able to share our views regarding the protection of our assets, long term health care, and planning for the day when they might not be able to care for ourselves as well as we have in the past. I am happy to participate in this valuable experience and will do so again as often as Shawn and the Captain will have me.
